With the move of our Artistic Director to Tucson, CORO is pleased to announce that The Academy Singers program will begin in Arizona this fall. CORO plans to create an ensemble in both Tucson and Phoenix. They will perform in Tucson and Phoenix, both seperately and together as well as attend both rehearsals and performances of professsional choral ensembles in order to better understand the process of choral music and performance.
Membership in the Academy Singers is by audition only and will available to high school students in both the Tucson and Phoenix areas. Applicants for the 2010-2011 ensembles will be available shortly. Please email the Artistic Director, Phil Moody, if you would like to receive more information.
