Enjoy an evening of Choral Music and Holiday Lights at the Botanical Gardens!
The CORO Vocal Artists and High School Chorale will present a concert of Christmas Music at the Atlanta Botanical Gardens on December 1, 2015 at 7:30pm. An ensemble of 20 vocalists from the Atlanta area, including high school students from Milton, Walton, Lanier, and Riverwood International, join together to present holiday favorites like Christmas Time is Here, Have Yourself a Merry Christmas, and other carol medleys. A premiere of a newly commissioned winter choral cycle by Minnesota-based composer Timothy C. Takach will round out the program. Come to the Gardens on December 1 and hear beautiful music, witness the stunning Garden lights, and even make some s’mores as you enjoy the beginning of your holiday celebrations. This concert will be open to anyone that has purchased a ticket to visit the gardens that evening during the Garden Lights event. If you are a donor to CORO, you will be given reserved seating and other gifts as you celebrate the beginning of the Holiday season with us!
