During the summer, CORO has three ensembles that perform as part of the Des Moines Choral Festival. The CORO Festival Chorus is a multi-generational ensemble of singers from Des Moines, IA that join together to present the Choral Master Work each summer. Our 32 Young Artists reside on the Simpson College campus during a portion of the summer season and are comprised of emerging vocalist artists that are pursuing a professional career in ensemble and solo performance. The CORO Vocal Artists are professional singers from across the United States that present multiple concerts during the CORO Summer Choral Festival.
